By Ahone Heidi in Bamenda
Cameroon Anglophone youths are increasingly leaving the country for their safety as they have become prime targets by security forces in the wake of the ongoing Anglophone Crisis in the Northwest and Southwest of Cameroon. Government forces have intensified their hunt for leaders and supporters of the Southern Cameroons National Council (SCNC) in the two regions as well as those suspected of supporting the Anglophone separatist cause. This crackdown of mostly youths reflects escalating tensions, with authorities targeting key figures associated with the SCNC or the fight for Ambazonia liberation, a prominent organization within the Anglophone movements advocating for self-determination.
Edwing Ngang Alambi from Ndop in the Northwest region on Cameroon, a business man with three children, is among several youths on the run for fear of security clamp down.

Family sources say the security has been hunting for his where about and his life is in danger.
Like many other Anglophone youths, it is highly believed he managed to escape out of the country for hir safety.
