Cameroon National Salvation Front Marks Strong Presence at 20th May Celebrations in SW.

FSNC Militants turned out massively for 20th May celebrations  in Tombel , Bangem, Nguti, Buea, Kumba etc

  The Cameroon National Salvation Front, FSNC of His Excellency Issa Tchiroma Bakary  participated very powerfully in the national Day celebration of 20th May, 2025 across the Southwest region .

According to the Southwest regional Vice President, Calvis NKUMBE Nnange, the national party with strong roots in the Southwest region displayed their outreach in several towns in the Southwest  during 20th May March past with the participation in Nguti, Bangem, Tombel, Kumba, BUEA, Limbe etc.

Talking about their massive participation the regional vice President says it was a show of the might of the party with a strong national outreach.

“As a political party in a strategic election year we deemed it necessary to have our voices heard. We are mobilizing our militants in the Southwest just like in other regions to get set for the upcoming elections,”Calvin Nkumbe said.

It should be noted that months before the presidential election, which is scheduled to be held next October, Issa Tchiroma Bakary, leader of the party has been on his  feet galvanizing his militants.

He recently undertook a tour of the three regions of the Far North (Far North, North, and Adamawa). After Maroua in the Far North region, the president of the Cameroon National Salvation Front (CNSF) gathered a sea of ​​people in his stronghold of Garoua, in the North region.

 “It’s been a long time since we’ve seen such a mobilization in Garoua,” confirmed a journalist from Nord that covered the event.

On the stage, Issa Tchiroma Bakary asked the crowd who had come to listen to him to register en masse to vote. “We are heading towards an election in which Cameroonians will freely and democratically decide who will preside over the nation’s destiny,” he explained.

It should be recalled that in the two previous presidential elections, 2011 and 2018, he called for a vote for President Paul Biya.

 A former critic of the Yaoundé regime, he subsequently joined the presidential majority. In 2009, he joined the government as Minister of Communications. He has remained a minister until now and is also one of Paul Biya’s main supporters.
