CMF Akok Ndoe admits three new members

The Christian Men Fellowship Movement ,CMF of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon, Akok Ndoe Yaounde has increased in membership, following the admission of three new fishermen into the group. The young CMF group that started with five members now count about 20.

The three brothers Nickson, Nestor and Eyong were officially dedicated by the Parish Pastor ,Rev. Ewunsoh Stephen.

In his sermon under the theme,” Reconciliation leads to deeper fellowship” the pastor called on Christians to learn to reconcile with one another whenever there’s misunderstanding. Christians he said should lead by example by being tolerant to one another, shine the light of peace in their different groups, community and household.

The pastor named the 2024 dedicated batch  “Batch of rejuvenation “ with a mission to bring new life into CMF AKOK NDOE.

The newly dedicated brothers expressed joy over their spiritual milestone, promising to stand to the challenge.

“ I am really elated that my dream of becoming a CMF member has become true today. It’s a big challenge for me and my other two brothers. We will do our best to rise up to expectation,” brother Nickson said.

The dedication was supervised by representatives of the CMF East Mungo North Presbytery who enjoined the newly dedicated bothers to stand firm and be prayerful to move forth with their new Christian lives.

According to the President of the group brother Albert Abang, the admission exercise of Sunday 25 August, 2024 is the second in the history of the young prayer cell that was created in 2016.

The dedication of the three CMF fishers of men  followed  that of the Christian  Women Fellowship, CWF last month.
