TAKE NOTICE that a suit has been instituted against you before the High Court of Ndian Division, Holden at Mundemba, under Suit No. HCN/018/MC/2026, by Azieh Divine Asah, APPLICANT.
You are hereby notified that the said matter has been fixed for hearing on Friday, 25 September 2026, at 9:00 a.m., before the High Court of Ndian Division, Holden at Mundemba, and shall continue from day to day until the matter is heard and determined.
