Summa Cum Laude promoterΒ Dr Abwe Diabe ans Minister Mounouna Fotso after MoU signing
The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education,MINJEC and the Summa Cum Laude, Sango Madiba Information and LearningΒ Resource Center have signed a protocol agreementΒ to work in partnership “πππππ ππ‘ ππππππ‘πππ π‘ππ π ππππ–ππππππππ πππ‘πππππ‘πππ ππ π¦ππ’π‘ππ in Kupemuanenguba ”
A πππππππππ’π ππ ππππππ π‘ππππππ (πππ) to this effect was signed on Thursday September 17,2026 at MINJEC meeting room,chaired by the Minister π€ππ π πππππ ππ Monouna Fostso.
The ceremony opened with the national anthem a word from Summa Cum Laude promoterΒ Dr Abwe Diabe
who thanked the Minister for the collaboration opportunity to drive development actions for youths in Kupemuanenguba.
Β The MoU was signed by Minister Mounouna FoutsouΒ and Dr. Ephraim Abwe Diabe, promoter of Summa Cum Laude who all agreed on the important role youths have to play in realizing President Paul Biya’s vision of economic emergence by 2035.
The Minister saluted the enormous work the Summa Cum Laude promoter has been carrying out in Kupemuanenguba to empower vulnerable groups especially women and youths
” MINJEC is ready to provide the needed assistance for this work to continue” the Minister assured
The agreement outlines areas of collaboration targeting young people in Kupe-Muanenguba. Under the partnership, MINJEC will support beneficiaries through the REAMORCE programme, registration on the National Youth Observatory and the Biometric Youth Card systems, access to funding and training opportunities. Young people will also be facilitated in participating in relevant platforms and events.
For its part, Summa Cum Laude will mobilise youths,encourage their registration and participation in volunteering activities, while providing support throughout the development of their projects. The organisation will also assist beneficiaries in accessing funding and ensure post-funding monitoring.
An educational organisation focused on enrichment programmes, Summa Cum Laude promotes research, innovation and hands-on learning. Its activities cover academic research, publishing, leadership and documentary filmmaking, with the objective of helping young people build skills and portfolios for their future careers .
