Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  The Kupemuanenguba community of Bangem, Tombel and Nguti will be organizing a mega rally in Bangem May 3, 2025 to thank the head of state President Paul Biya for the multiple development projects in the division, especially the ongoing Bangem- Nguti road construction.

A message from the general coordinator of the event Professor Akume Daniel says “Following a meeting organised by our Sitting Minister,Ā Ā  His Excellency Elung Paul Che, Minister Assistant Secretary General at the Presidency, which involved some elites from the three subdivisions in the Kupemuanenguba Division, we unanimously agreed to organise a *Grand Thank-You Rally* *to the Head of State in Bangem on the 3rd of May 2025.* To thank the Head of State for the development projects in Kupe-Muanenguba Division, not least, the ongoing construction of the Nguti-Bangem Road.”

In readiness for the mega rally different committees have been put in place to ensure a proper organisation of this event.

“As General Coordinator, I call on all the living forces, including the members of the divisional organising committees, to mobilize powerfully and make this grand event a success,” Professor Akume says.

Ā SOME MAJOR Infrastructure DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN K/M

These include, the Ongoing construction of the Bangem Nguti Road,Rehabilitation of Melong- Bangem Road;

Desenclvement of Western Bakossi,

Construction of a 36 metres long bridge along Konye- Nyandong Road,

Construction of a road linking Ngusi to Nyandong,construction of Peng Ebul Road.and the Construction of Ngab-Ndomsi Road.

“The thank you Grand Rally to our Head of State in Bangem may offer us the opportunity to express our need for more Development projects such as:

– the construction of the Tombel- Bangem Road

– the taring of the Loum- Tombel- Kumba Road etc., ” noted one of the preparations committee head Dr Sale Francis.

It is estimated that over 5000 thousands sons and daughters from the three sub- divisions of Bangem, Tombel and Nguti will be attending this very important event.
