Youths in the three sub-divisions of Kupemuanenguba joined the rest in the National territory to celebrate the 59th edition of youth day.
In Bangem, Tombel, Nguti, the effervescence was the same.
Even some communities within the subdivision just granted a sub- Centre for Youths Day activities like Nninong-Muebah in Bangem, left no stone unturned.
BANGEM.
The ceremony in Bangem the headquarters of the division at the Paul Biya Stadium was presided over by the SDO Ekema Williams Mongambo who was flanked by the mayor Ekungwe Christopher.
The SDO called on the youths to be steadfast and work hard for their future.
He enjoined them to adhere to the message of President Paul, that of resilience, peacef and above all patriotism.
As the Head of State clearly stated, do not rely solely on jobs—be bold, be creative, and embrace entrepreneurship. The future belongs to those who dare to innovate and create opportunities, the SDO advised the youths.
“Kupemuanenguba is counting on you. Cameroon is counting on you. Step forward with determination, and together, we will build a brighter tomorrow,” he said.
Like in Bangem , Tombel Nguti, Muebah, a huge turnout of the youths show their love for the country and respect for Republican values as preached by President Paul Biya.

At the Tombel government school field where festivities marking the 59th edition of the Youth day took place, the different school and colleges , youth wing of some political parties all took part , evidence of the peace that reigns in the area. Students and pupils who have for some time now been enjoying studies in a calm environment were elated to join their colleagues nationwide to commemorate the youth day.
In Tombel just like Bangem and -Nguti the youths of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement CPDM took the lead thanks to weeks of preparatory meetings and mobilization made by the party youth leaders in the three sub-sections
Under the leadership of the YCPDM president for Kupe Muanenguba III Section, Ngalame Conrad Ngalame, the youths showed up massively clad in attire printed with the party’s emblems.
The different schools showed up in their numbers with clear messages on their placards showing they were ready to throw their weight behind the powers that be to contribute in making their area in particular and the country at large a favourable place for development.
The ceremony in Tombel was presided over by the Divisional Officer Leonard Nyam alongside other living forces of the area.
The youths marched pass with beaming faces as the crowd applauded.

The effervescence was the same in Nguti
where youths were heavily mobilised at the ceremonial ground to celebrate the 59th edition of the National Youth Day. The DO for Nguti chaired the event that pulled a mamoth crowd from all nooks and crannies of the sub- division.
The MP for Nguti provided support to some bike riders, calling for peace and to be responsible citizens.
The population from the entire Nguti Sub Division comprising 54 villages and four principal ethnic groups; the Mbo, Belong, Bassosi and Bakossi turned out massively for the celebrations.

NNINONG-Muebah
In Nninong where a sub- Centre for Youths Day activities was recently created, the ceremony presided over by Bangem DO went on hitch free. Students, pupils party militants, traditional rulers and the rest of the population turned out massively to take paart in the youth day celebrations.
Prior to the celebrations on Saturday 8th February 2025, Chiefs and notables (mbwog) from all 10 villages of Nninong Clan in Bangem Sub Division thanked the government for creation of course a Sub-Centre for Youths Day in Muebah Nninong.
